# description

This project consists of ten homes utilizing the Los Angeles [Small Lot Subdivision Ordinance](https://www.modative.com/small-lot-subdivision-los-angeles/) in Hollywood’s historic Studio District. The design is inspired by the rough exterior texture and bright colorful interior of a gemstone, reflecting the revitalization of historic Hollywood.
