# description

This project consists of three homes utilizing the Los Angeles [Small Lot Subdivision Ordinance](https://www.modative.com/small-lot-subdivision-los-angeles/) located in Los Feliz. Because it is located in a hillside area, the concept was inspired by a gondola which travels up the hillside and arrives at Colony Circle.
