Does Modative assist with permitting existing ADUs?

#### Does Modative assist with converting an illegal ADU to a legal ADU?

Unfortunately, we do not provide these services at this time, but we encourage anyone with an unpermitted ADU to inquire with their local jurisdiction to determine the process for converting into a legal structure. This will ensure that the ADU is code compliant and safe. It also provides enormous value to your property if you decide to sell.
