 What about remodeling my home at the same time as constructing the ADU?

#### What if I want to remodel my home while we’re working on the ADU?

 

We are open to working with you on your home remodel while we build your ADU. Many of the same construction trades will overlap, so we can save some time and money by doing all this work at once. The main difference will be a longer schedule since the remodel work will require extra investigation and custom designed plans.
