Current Requirements for our ADU Unit to Work in Your Garage


Our ADU model works for most properties that meet the following five criteria:

1. Located in Los Angeles and:

  • West of the 110 & 101 Freeways
  • North of Manchester Ave.
  • South of Wilshire & Santa Monica Blvd.
  • East of the Pacific Ocean 

2. Detached (not touching the main house) garage in your backyard

3. Interior garage dimensions of at least 17'-6"  wide and 17'-6" deep.

4. Your garage is in decent shape. Our ADU conversion cost excludes fixes to damaged garages.

5. Existing driveway that can fit two cars parked in tandem.
