Modative Architecture - Junior Designer Position

We are currently looking for a Junior Designer. Perfect position for a recent graduate or someone with a few years of experience. Our goal for this position is to find a great fit for our firm culture that can quickly grow into a Junior Project Manager.

What you'll be working on

You'll be working on design and construction documents on modern residential projects  in the Los Angeles Area. You will gain extensive hands-on experience in what it takes to put a modern building together. As a bonus, we are a design/build firm, which means you may have the opportunity to see the construction side of the industry as well. This is a full-time position (40+ hours/week).

Mandatory Qualifications

1. Degree in architecture (recent grads ok)

2. Some professional experience in the architecture field (internships ok).

3. Only persons currently residing in and able to legally work in the US will be considered. No international applicants for this position please. This is a a very focused position. Applications not meeting the outlined criteria will be disregarded. Since this position needs to be filled quickly, preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the Los Angeles area.

4. BIM (ArchiCAD/Revit) experience preferred, but not required. We use ArchiCAD.
