The article digs into how ADUs offer a great solution to California's affordable housing crisis and how United Dwelling and Modative are working to make a big impact with ADUs.

The article also covers the partnership’s role in creating jobs. Modative Build currently hires and trains construction workers through Chrysalis, a non-profit program committed to helping low-income individuals find and retain employment.
