September 10, 2014
What you'll be working on
You'll be working under our friendly project managers on research, design documentation, presentation materials and construction documents for modern residential projects (we specialize in Small Lot Subdivision) in Los Angeles. You will gain extensive hands-on experience in what it takes to put a modern building together. As a bonus, we are a design/build firm, which means you may have the opportunity to see the construction side of the industry as well.
Part-Time Paid Internship
This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) and is temporary, lasting three to six months. If the project load in our office was to remain the same, this position could become a permanent position. This is a paid internship.
Mandatory Qualifications
1. Current Architecture student or Degree in architecture
2. Working knowledge of one or more CAD programs and Adobe Photoshop. BIM experience is even better. We use ArchiCAD (not AutoCAD), which is not a requirement for the position, but very helpful. We are a Mac based office.
